Flamethrower-The target is scorched with an intense blast of fire. It may also leave the target with a burn.

Reason of Moveset:
She's blind so she uses long ranged attacks to keep as far away from opponents as possible.
Echo voice she uses over and over again which get's stronger each turn and Flamethrower has a bonus STAB and Burn likeliness...

Personality:
Charlie enjoys to listen to the stories and tales of others but, she doesn't talk much, she listens in on peoples personality, rather then their looks...she believes being blind helps her to do so and make friends that'll be more likely to last although, a strengthen in her sense of smell does lea her to have an extreme hygene quailities and dislike of rancid smells...or even strong body odour.

History: She was blinded at the age of 4, due to a rival Scizor and Scyther gijinka family attack, one of the blades cut across where her eyes were and damaged them blinding her permanently.
When she was 13 having spent most of the 9years leaning how to fight without her sight, she had a fight with her father, a Charizard Gijinka because of their families pride in being the strongest, she had to prove she was worthy of living in their family, she was defeated only managing to get in a few attacks.
Her father almost disowned her. He refused to talk to her until she got stronger, while her mother a caring woman looked after her, showing her that battling didn't have to control her life and that being blind was not the reason of her loss of what Charlie thought.
Seeing her daughters egarness to get revenge on the Scyther and Scizor gijinka family, Charlie's mother saw it best that she be enrolled in a school and was away from home away from the two families...and with that Charlie was enrolled in the Pokemon Gijinka Academy.
