The Titan finally fell, steaming as it began to disappear into nothing more than a skeleton remnant of the monster it had once been. 
Three cadet looked up, in search of their savior, having been cornered by the beast and on the verge of death only moments ago.
Sebastian stood, sorting out his blades on the building roof just across, looking to make sure it was still sharp before replacing it with the remaining blades.

"Thank-you so much, you saved our skins back there!" The first cadet thanked as he and his team moved over to their savior's roof.

"Yeah, that was awesome!" The girl agreed as they landed on the roof. 
Sebastian grunted slightly in acknowledgement but otherwise made no sound. 
The third cadet, a male slightly older than the two looked to the brunette, a question stuck in his head.

"Yeah, but how do you still have blades left?" He questioned as the other two looked to the 3DMG gear where the spare blades were held, realizing that all slots were full. "I mean surly you would have broken at least 2, we've all got either two or less left...that's why we got cornered." The boy explained.

Sebastian looked up to them finally as he shrugged, adjusting the glasses on his face. "...there were spare blades lying around."

"Where?" asked the girl, eagerly. Said male pointed to the ground and as the three looked, their faces went from happiness to utter shock, if not disgust for Sebastian had pointed to the corpse of another cadet who had not been so lucky.

"Y-you stole the blades from a corpse?" The first boy to thank him asked. 

"...Put them to better use." Sebastian corrected, but otherwise nodded.

"Tha-that's gross!" The girl stated as the brunette cocked his head slightly.

"How so, they aren't using them?"

"...So, if we died you'd just take our blades and leave?"

"...and the gas tank if I could." Sebastian answered as the cadets looked in disgust. 

"So what, you're saying that we should just use our fallen comrades as stock suppliers?" The older male questioned angrily.

Sebastian rolled his eyes. "Unfortunately for you, we aren't back at the training squad, kid. We can't just refill our gas and blades whenever we want. This is a war, there isn't time to do the moral thing," he took out his blades again, ready launch off.

"Disregarding human lives will not win us this war." The girl said, her hands in fists to the side of her body as Sebastian turned to look at all three cadets.

"Fine, I'll let that corpse save your ass next time," and he launched the cord, propelling himself down the street in search of another Titan to kill.
