Notable features:
Eyes are slitted with an inner line around them.
Hundreds of sharp teeth
Both ears are pierced
Hands / end of tail / ears and side of eyes are all dark grey from blood turning inky coloured due to prototype antidote effects.
Has a long arrow pointed tail.
Shirt has really long sleeves which can be tied together when he becomes temperamental or goes berserk in order to prevent him from harming anyone.
Scar on mouth and he is always wearing bandages on his nose and the side of his face.
His mask is normally always hanging on the side of his face.
Has a long fork-like yellow tongue.

Weapon of choices:
His claws and tail– Veerus prefers to use his claws in order to get up close and personal and he has a strange fascination with choking targets with his tail – he quite enjoys the slow and painful death.
Paint Brush Staff - Veerus has a large paint brush-like staff that he uses for combat and can launch ink from the brush ends.

Melanokinesis - Through the use of his ink like blood, Veerus can create, shape and manipulate ink seeping through his paws, including: moving ink, consistency/viscosity between solid and liquid. He can use his claws to write, scribe and tattoo without the needed tools by manipulating ink.
Melanokinetic Combat - Due to the veins being so evident on his hand, tail, feet and ears, Veerus is able to use ink manipulation in combination with his fighting style, such as creating claw like constructs on his hand, or increasing the length of tail, by adding ink. As a cheater, Veerus is also not above biting his tongue to make it bleed and then spitting out ink at opponents in order to blind and hinder their battle.

Personality:
At face value, Veerus has quite childish, playful and sometime immature nature. He enjoys making jokes and is rarely seen without a smile. He likes to adventure out and do things for himself – even if he fails abysmally - because he hates taking orders or listening to authoritative figures, which often gets him in trouble - In reality though, he gets jealous very easily and can become violent when he wants something bad enough.
Veerus thrives in pain and blood related circumstances, while he enjoys the thought of killing and being covered with his victim's blood, he also welcomes and smiles at the rush for pain, taking it full on like some sort of drug.
He can be quite impulsive and is known to act before thinking, and although he enjoys a good fight and the amount of pain it causes to himself (and victims/opponents), he is not a fair character, and is certainly not afraid to cheat if it means winning as it’s very rare that he thinks before acting.


Short History:
Veerus was the second oldest of 4 children. He was born with an excessively weak immune system and was an on and off patient at the hospital due to it. His most common diagnosis being Septicemia. He survived each event, but it was costly on his already financially unstable parents.
His older sister was the only one to visit him at the hospital.

His parents - who despised weakness - only saw that Veerus was going nowhere academically, he wasn't all that smart compared to his siblings and he couldn't focus for long periods of time. They began to believe there was no potential in their continuous investment.
Veerus father took him to a medical students that had been kicked out and was attempting to redeem himself by creating a cure to weak immune systems.

He injected Veerus with a prototype antidote to test the outcome. Over the weeks, Veerus seemed to still get septicemia, but his antibodies fought back. His father was glad that he'd no longer have to spend the money at hospitals anymore.
The medical student did tests to check on Veerus who endured to pain for the chance of being cured.

13 weeks had passed after the first injection, and Veerus' hands and feet had turned a dark grey inky colour as the veins appeared, eventually they began to mutate and take claw-like appearances, Veerus even had a growth mutation at his coxis which slowly developed and became a tail.

Veerus himself, was fascinated by the change - he thought he was finally cured from his weakness. His family not so much. One night he heard his parents attempting to phone the police. Getting angry that his parents were always trying to change or improve him and not his siblings, he lost his temper and ended up strangling both his parents wanting to silence them from their constant shunning of his worth with his tail growth, before killing his two younger siblings in a fit of rage for being better than him. 

Veerus was unable to kill his elder sister - he physically couldn't do it, it was as if his mind refused him to. Instead he fled the family home and disappeared.

He was hiding out in the forest, when the sound of static alerted him, turning Veerus backed away to find a blank faced figure that was taller than him who said that his 'unique' abilities could be of use to the being .
Veerus became a Proxy of the Slenderman and was soon enlisted into Proxy High for schooling on being a proper Proxy.
 

Abilities

Skills and strengths:
Veerus is very strong, and he also has a high pain threshold and is able to endure a lot of physical damage before finally being knocked out. _{...It has also made him a bit of a masochist}
He’s good at Vocational subjects such as sports and music. He’s even a good artist.

Weaknesses:
Losing control of his temper often makes him chaotic and berserk-like, returning to primal instincts of fight, kill, and eat.
If touched by water, his ink would run and he’d lose his abilities, even becoming weak and a lot more susceptible to pain...it’s so bad that Veerus has actually adopted an extreme fear for water (he baths in Tomato pure).
Veerus is terrible at anything academic. Vocational he's okay with and he can get 'okay' grades, but when it comes to Math / english and even Science…he’s not got a clue and anything he can’t do –
Veerus is likely to give up on things he can't do, and his dyslexia doesn't help making it hard to learn.
He is scared of and goes quiet around anyone taller than him.
Veerus has a fear of weakness, and in subjects like Gym which he does good in, he will always push himself to the limits - even past his pain threshold - in order to show that he is not weak.
